Household and palace staff recruitment in Saudi Arabia
Recruiting for royal estates, palaces and private households in Riyadh, Jeddah and across the Kingdom since 2018.
Riyadh · Jeddah · Royal and private households
Since 2018 I have recruited for royal estates, palaces and private households in Riyadh, Jeddah and across the Kingdom: from a single head butler to teams of 50 or more international service staff. Over my career I have made several hundred placements in the Kingdom.
What Saudi households need from a recruiter
Saudi royal and private households expect protocol, discretion and stamina, often with very short notice and large teams. Agencies that treat this like hotel recruitment send candidates who leave in the first months. I screen for the things that predict success here: experience in palace or royal service, cultural intelligence, resilience, and an honest understanding of life on an estate.
Palace and estate teams at scale
For an expanding royal estate, I placed 50+ international service professionals within weeks after other agencies had failed. I rebuilt the hiring process around royal-household standards, with clear role definitions, fast approval loops with the Palace Manager and HR, and candidates ready to mobilise. Because the client hired on a selective probation model, I recruited 10–20% above the requirement. The team passed probation and several have since been promoted into management.

From people I've placed in the Kingdom
“It's hard to come across recruiters who are literally a text or a call away.”
“Working tirelessly to create the right opportunities rather than simply filling positions.”
